To create a wallet, download the CityPay app, click on 'Sign Up', and follow the identity verification (KYC) steps. Once verified, your wallet will be activated immediately.
CityPay does not charge internal fees for transfers between CityPay users. For external transfers to other wallets, you only pay the standard network fee (gas fee) for Polygon, TON, or Tron networks.
Yes, CityPay is a licensed crypto depository and crypto exchange in the Republic of Uzbekistan, fully compliant with NAPP regulations (License No. 4 and No. 12).
Through our partnership with Octobank, users in Uzbekistan can soon pay at local terminals. The system automatically converts your crypto to UZS at the current exchange rate during the transaction.
Deposit times depend on the blockchain network speed. Typically, transactions on Polygon or TON are visible within 2-5 minutes once they receive the required number of network confirmations.
